This system was created by combining the stroke style of the icon system with the openness of the Coursera 'C', while utilizing Coursera's color palette.
Coursera’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are internally designated communities that represent various organizational groups, including Hispanics, Asians, parents, LGBTQ+ individuals, and mental health allies, among others (see the full list below). These groups required a rebranding and a unified branding identity to create a cohesive look that could be used across internal events and effectively represent each group.
The design draws inspiration from the Coursera "C." To create this system, we blended the stroke style of the icon system with the openness of Coursera’s "C," while incorporating Coursera’s color palette.
